How soon can we get onboarded with you?
The onboarding time varies per organisation but can be as little as two weeks. We are familiar with different migration challenges and our team will work with you to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process.
Which organisations do you work with?
Motive is designed for any educational organisation that engages with their student community with news, events, surveys, elections and membership-based activities. We're particularly suited to student unions, residence life and accommodation teams and student experience teams. Feel free to schedule a call with us if you're interested but are unsure if Motive is right for you.
Is the Motive app available on Android and iOS?
Yes! Our app is compatible with both types of devices and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is an annual licensing fee depending on the size of your organisation and the modules you choose to include (most are included as standard!).
Are there any fees for transactions made on the platform?
Our booking fees are competitively priced at £0.50 + 5% per ticket or a flat £1 fee for ticket prices under £10. Free events and memberships will always remain free.
Which payment methods are accepted in the app?
Our app supports Google Pay, Apple Pay and most credit, debit and international cards. All payments are PCI compliant and secured with industry grade encryption.
